Quinn Millington started performing electrodiagnostic studies in 1993 as part of a private physical therapy practice (Rehab Associates) with headquarters in Montgomery, Alabama. In 2003, EMG Solutions began with a single contract with the Hughston Clinic in Columbus, Georgia. Between 2003 and 2012 EMG Solutions continued expanding, providing coverage in all Hughston Clinic locations in Georgia and Alabama as well as adding the Columbus Clinic (a multispecialty physician clinic) in Columbus, Georgia. Because of high quality, timely reports, patient volumes continued to increase with the addition of locations in Montgomery and Eufaula, Alabama. In August 2012, Mark Simmons, PT, DPT, ECS joined EMG Solutions to help with the increasing demand for EMG Solutions’ services. With additional expansion, Darin White PT, DPT, ECS joined EMG Solutions in August 2016. In line with EMG Solutions’ mission statement, “We will recruit and train new physical therapy employees through a company managed APTA recognized residency program.,” the EMG Solutions residency program was established in 2020 with the first cohort beginning in January 2021.EMG Solutions continues to grow providing electrodiagnostic testing services in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Florida.
