Front Desk Executive

  5. Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using computer software and office applications, including MS Office and reservation systems, is crucial for managing bookings and guest information.
  6. Telephone Etiquette: Polite and professional telephone etiquette to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  7. Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and find solutions to guest-related issues.
  8. Multitasking: The ability to manage a busy reception area, greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs while ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
